Today marks the first day of spring, and coinsides with the start day of our 100 days of yoga challenge.
Last year was a great success for everyone whom participated, even those that weren’t able to do all 100 days, circumstances and whatnot.
This years theme is the power of 10
Each day we are must do a minimun of 10 minutes of
Salutations
Postures
Corpes pose (not in bed unless its doubles yoga)
Or meditiaon

I have been preparing for this by drinking heavily and saying really mean things to as many people as possible…. Kind of a yogic cleanse if you will.

I seem to recall last years challenge changing my life…..
So here’s to this years

Time stops still for me
This divine ability he has given me
I was given this rare ability
To find in life, unique and beautiful opportunities
So when anyone connects with me
We regard time with extreme apathy
Not even the crowds around us can break this intensity
Where have you come from?
And let me see into your eyes
The window of reflection
Double pained and tinted for security

Then you connect
You find your breath
A deep dilated breath
Sweeping over you like a wave
Rippling through your chest
Over your head
Through each vertebrae
Watch it flow across the room
Experience the breath of another
Be still
See through the walls of time
You are not this hour
Nor will any one hour define you
Breath

Connect the light between two people
Give life to diversity
Breed freedom in your lungs
Continue to feed the life force of others
Your destined to live unconventionally
Resist the vortex of worldly greed
You are not your car
It doesn’t define you

Rebuke hatred towards others
Embrace yourself
Embrace others
Breath love in all directions
Continue this breath
Continuously

Create through a powerfully divine connection
Time stands still
This hour is all around us
It is our first
We conceptualize it
We are the breath
And we all stand still
Upon our final embrace
Upon our final hour.
