Welcome to my Surreal Drug Experience Day

I'm going to tell you all about my day, this day is like no other day, it is a day onto its self, there will always be days to talk about, this is different than those.

Lets start at the end..(now) even though I may be up for hours to come!
I've just returned from a house party in the NW of Calgary where my Friend Chris R was asked to grace the space with face, and so in English that would be to DJ.
I thought that I didn't like to dance unless I was alone in a forest with 14,000 other hippies alone in the forest. Apparently not so, though it helped that most people stayed outside which left the dancefloor(carpeted/tile livingroom/kitchen) open to us free range dancers.

It was a night to let loose, all the chakras fully open for events earlier in the day, great space, fantastic music, inspiring music, music that filled you, but that forced you to move in a way that created space for more, there were no dull moments in time, only opportunities to hydrate and rest. THANK YOU CHRIS!

(I've just decided to shorten my explanation of the days events)
Welcome to the Cole's Notes of my day, this is largely due to the fact that I've been up and attentive since 7am, and its now 3:18 AM



before I was off to dance my shoes thin, I had the absolute pleasure of riding with Al to Canmore, we tackled the road at about 3?pm, or there abouts, and arrived in Canmore in time for dinner, which was made of raw fish and button shrimp. The shrimp was excellent, you eat the body raw then they flash fry the head and you finish the job with a crunchy shrimp brain.... mmm cerebral cortex.


We ventured alone Hwy 1A which runs paralle with HWY 1, but is much more twisty, there were also lots of stops for photo shoots which I will share with you here, my favorite point in the ride was returning to find a large herd of cows grazing along and on the road, it was so Mexico!


Before that I was cleaning windows and doors that slide at the condo in preparation to move back in on Sept 4th, shared a beer with Paula and had a nice little chat about life and what I'd better do in order to prepare myself for ...... What was it again?.. Oh well, not important I'm sure :D

AND BEFORE THAT, I was laying on a table in the SW of Calgary playing "guess what woodland creature I resemble", and whomever guessed porcupine won!!
My very first acupuncture treatment ever, I'm all growed up now, I'm a big boy, a big boy with a much less stone like upper back. This is where my great Chi came from tonight at the house party... All the energy had finally reached my crown and I was floating like a single feather on the breeze, fancy free, dancing on air, it was scruptious.
