Tonight was a strange night at Brava
I unknowingly served the food critic for the Calgary Sun, whom said to me, "you must get a lot of food critics and the such coming in and rating the place" to which i cleverly replied, "Critic Smrictic..."

I also had a lady hand me her Fairmont Hotel Room key... i can only assume she was planning on staying somewhere else tonight, it was entirely to strange.
what else?
oh yeah i found out that yesterday at lunch i opened a $150 bottle of chard and served a glass to a man for $7.50.... what should have been a $30 by the glass, oopppps! I guess I know what were tasting tomorrow at the staff meeting.
