Day 7 (end of)
Apparently i was doing it all wrong. on days 3,4 i ate a 500g bag of Kumat pasta and even though it was a whole grain pasta its not good to have ANY pasta on the wild rose detox cleanse.

so today i feel a bit queasy, enough said
