It is spring
I know
My header date tells me so, but Calgary has been fallen upon by clouds and winds, flakes of sin, hell freezes and spews forth the dwelling souls of restlessness.
We're all upside down smiling, the spirits gone turvy topsy and our ambiguous attitude towards one another shows it's true. Though we slump and bump and grind and grump, and though we slow theres hardly any time to stop and say hello, we're always on the go, no time, can't stop, eb'n'flow ya know.
We run circles around this little mote in our own personal self designed ego boat, maneuvering around each docking yard cause we know that just around the corner of our circular journey lays the end, we can feel it there, just around this next bend, we say it over and over again, though we don't have the time to spend just suspended in time and space, to feel the water as the breeze's grace a slight gust on our hands and face; stillness is a timeless pace.
~Something i have decided to share that i wrote in a cafe during a string of sunless days in Calgary last week
