Dinner








Fresh bratwurst from the market
and fresh European smoked bacon

chopped onions, Juli-Ann'd carrots and Brussels sprouts

the green goo on the left is muddled lemon thyme for tea (we are all sick)









after blanching the carrots then you butter them and use fresh thyme and maple
to sear them quickly
pan sear some mushrooms right after in the same pan
