Day 3
End of the day, i have made it.
I was tempted at every corner today, it truly is sooo difficult to be always aware of your consumption of things when you work in a restaurant, how amazing it is to watch the mind attach itself to all the passing sensations.
in other news I had a two hour period today where my shoulder actually felt normal, like it had nearly full range of motion and wasn't aggravated at all... then i went to work.... now i'm only in constant searing pain...... there must be a way around this

Well, your not going to like this, because I don't like hearing it either. Two weeks off it. And... you might want to see a sports doctor that knows more about human motion. At least thats whod I go see once a frature of sometype has been rules out. (You have ruled that out right?) My mom had a small frature and it took a year to heal. heya! I can't spell!
i"m seing one of the best yoga/sports physio teams in canada right now, it is a dislodged rib.
It happens to people when they sneeze and twist their torso at the same time, mine was under different circumstances
sneeze and twist? Why isn't the general public aware of this hazard? I'm curious what the "Different Circumstance" is; I'm a creative guy and have lots of ideas, probably all more interesting than how it actually happened. [crazy dirty, begins with an "S" ends with a "X"]
I was doing yoga...
