hey in September i'll be starting at Calgary's best Italian restaurant.
Its called Capo, check out the website and see what it looks like. According to some this is the best restaurant in Calgary, which begs the question, "how the hell did i get a job there?".
Though i've enjoyed having the longest summer of my life, its clearly time to reactivate that more driven side of my brain and being and plant my self back into a creative, fun, and challenging work environment.
