I spent over a week test driving cars in Calgary recently, it has been six years since i've really needed a set of wheels and so i thought i would do my research before jumping into just any used bucket seat. I drove all kinds of new and used cars, manuals, autos, triptronic shifters, turbos, 5speeds, read, silver, grey, blue, white, green.
Between face to face research and consumer reprots i had narrowed it down to a VW Passat or a Subaru Impreza, and was slightly toying with the idea of a Toyota Corola(but not really).
I've only ever owned junker cars that were well on their way to the crave, or close enough to it that i usualy found myself doing more than the average amount of repairs.

I should thank Karl for driving around with me for over a week to get to all the cars to test and taking me back to lots to double check, what a pal!
